About Yuri

It began with a leap, and a lot of rejection.

From a law degree in Italy to the world's biggest stages — and back to helping others be heard.

My belief

You don't need a new personality. You need your real one.

I spent years learning to command a room as an actor — under A-list directors, on global campaigns, as the worldwide face of Martini. None of it worked until I stopped performing and started telling the truth.

That's the whole of my coaching: presence isn't a mask you put on, it's what's left when you take one off. My job is to help you find it and trust it when the stakes are high.

What matters

The things I actually stand on.

Authenticity over technique

Tricks fade under pressure. Truth doesn't. We build from who you really are.

Warmth, not judgement

Growth happens when it's safe to be seen. I hold that space first.

Presence is a craft

Voice and body are instruments. They can be learned, shaped, and trusted.

Rejection is raw material

I've survived plenty of it. We turn it into resilience instead of fear.
